January sewing projects

Last year I've been very very lazy to blog in general. I was busy with work spending lots of time on business trips, busy with studying Japanese (sigh...), busy with my fashion school, flamenco classes and yoga. This year, I will drop flamenco and business trips and hope to use this time sewing, studying and blogging. In fact, I feel that as you describe your work, it makes you think more in details about it at the same time. Good practice for me to do.

So far, I have got loads of fabric in my stash, and tons of projects that I'd like to work on in the near future. In January I'd like to finish most of the following:

Vintage 50's Cloche Hat
  • Cardigan from Manish style. The only alteration to this I will make is the longer sleeves.
Love this cardigan!

  • Romantique pleated skirt with super large hem

  • Colette Pastille dress

  • And most importantly I have to finish my chinese dress for school.
I would like to show the fabric for all projects, but the light for pictures now is too bad.  I'll post some pics in my next post and hope to have one of the projects finished.

What are your "hot" projects?
